The mission of the CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP is to build a consistent group of industrial companies which is a direct successor of a century long tradition of Czechoslovak industry and which actively trades with both domestic and foreign customers from public and private sector around the world.

My dad started building the group in the 90s of the last century. I actively joined the company in 2011, I gradually went through various positions and companies of a growing holding, and in 2015 I became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Czechoslovak Group.
We have become the largest family company in the Czech Republic and we are working to make the Czech industry a pillar of prosperity and deliver the best products and services to customers at home and around the world. We invest in the group's member companies, also with the intention of reducing the carbon footprint by developing new technologies or energy savings. We grow by acquiring new companies in the Czech Republic and abroad that have an interesting product and capable employees.

We respect the environment, value our people and traditions
We are convinced that only a business that is not only profitable, but also sustainable with regard to energy resources and the environment makes sense. At the same time, it must contribute to improving the life of the whole society. That is why we are engaged in a wide range of activities that reduce the carbon footprint, help sport and culture, and support the elderly and disabled. We develop heavy vehicles powered by electricity from hydrogen cells to reduce emissions in mining, forestry, agriculture, firefighters and soldiers. To this end, we are working on a project for the ecological production of hydrogen from renewable sources on a significant scale. We take care of water resources that are owned by our companies. By investing in new technologies, we achieve energy savings. We support health care. Our companies sponsor both professional and amateur sports, and last but not least, we contribute to non-profit projects that our own employees come up with.
